After you’ve created and verified your account, we'll ask you who you're collecting records for during the signup process. You can collect records for a child, a parent, a sibling, or anyone else you care for. Keep in mind that unless you’re the parent of a minor, the person you are signing up for will need to sign the consent forms. If the person you are signing up for is not a minor and is not able to sign for themselves, you will need to provide a Power of Attorney document or other documentation showing that you have the authority to collect their records for them.
