I noticed an error on my timeline, how can I get it fixed?
It depends on the error. If you see that there was an error with PicnicHealth processing your record (ex. the wrong date is added, or a lab value is transferred over incorrectly), you can reach out to us directly at email@example.com to get it fixed. If you notice an error within the record itself or disagree with something your doctor wrote, you’ll need to reach out to them directly to get it corrected. At PicnicHealth, we can only transcribe what’s written in the records and do not change any information, but if you ask your doctor to amend the record and send over a new copy, we’re happy to update it on your timeline.
