We don’t get records from your dental cleanings or regular visits to the optometrist, but we will get records from related medical events, like notes from a dental surgery.

Also, psychiatric records can be much harder to get than other records. Patients don’t have the same rights to access their psychiatric records as they have with other records. While it’s not impossible, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to collect these records. If we are able to get some records, we’ll often get only summarized notes rather than your complete file.
