We’ll proactively reach out to your doctor every few months to stay on top of any new records you might have. To keep your records as up-to-date as possible, tell us when you have seen your doctor, or if you have an upcoming visit. Just click the “Request” button at the top of your timeline, select the provider’s name, and click “Start New Request”. Let us know the date of the appointment and PicnicHealth will retrieve your new records for you.

If you start seeing a new doctor, let us know about that too! At the top of your timeline, click on "Doctors" to add new doctors or medical facilities. We will then collect your records from your new doctors.
