I got an email about adding a new signature, how do I do that?
If we need a new copy of your signature, you can either click the link in the email you received or log in to your PicnicHealth account. In the top right corner of the screen, you’ll see a bell icon with a red number - this means you have notifications from us. If you click on the bell, you’ll see your To-Do List page and a prompt to add your signature. Just click the box that says “Click to Sign” and you’ll be able to sign using your finger (if using a smartphone) or your mouse (if on desktop).
