I’m having trouble logging in to my account. What should I do now?
If you can’t remember your password, just click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page. You’ll get an email from us with a link to reset your password.
If you have multiple email addresses, double-check which one you used when you first signed up for PicnicHealth, and make sure you use that one when logging in. If you would like to change the email address you use to log in to PicnicHealth, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
