How do I download my records?

To download specific health records, follow these steps:

1. Click on the document you wish to open. This will display the details of the visit.

2. To open the document in a new tab, click on the "Open in New Tab" option. This allows you to view the document separately.

3. Once the document is open, you can download the PDF directly to your computer.

If you wish to download all of your health records at once, please follow these steps:

1. Locate the three-dot icon next to the filter icon at the top right of your Timeline.

2. Select the "Download All Records" option. This will initiate the download of all your documents in one go.
