Will you keep my records up to date? How will you know if I have new records?

At PicnicHealth, we prioritize the accuracy and timeliness of your medical records. To ensure that your health information is always current, we've taken a proactive approach to record collection.

Proactive Record Collection

We will proactively reach out to your doctor every few months to stay informed about any new records you may have. To further enhance the accuracy of your records, we encourage you to let us know whenever you have seen your doctor or if you have an upcoming visit. This can be done right within your Health Dashboard of your PicnicHealth account under the 'Update Records' drop down.

Adding a New Doctor

If you begin seeing a new doctor, it is important to notify us as well. To add a new provider to your care team, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your account at PicnicHealth.

  2. Click on the button labeled “Care Team” located in the top left corner of the web browser, next to the PicnicHealth icon.

  3. Click the “Add provider” button.

  4. Enter the provider's information.

  5. Hit the “Add doctor” button to finalize the addition of the provider to your care team.

Once you have added the new provider, we will initiate the record collection process for this healthcare professional.

By following these steps, you can help us ensure that your medical records are always up-to-date.
