I’ve already collected some of my medical records. Can I send them to you?

Absolutely! Once you have signed up for PicnicHealth, you can easily upload any electronic record copies directly into your PicnicHealth Timeline. Follow the steps below to complete the upload process:

1. Navigate to your PicnicHealth Timeline.

2. Click on the icon located in the right-hand corner that resembles three small dots within a circle.

3. Select the option to upload records.

4. Browse for the file you wish to upload and click on the upload button.

If you encounter any errors during the upload process or if you prefer assistance, we are here to help. You can send your records to us through various methods, including:

• Mail

• Email

• Fax

• CD

• Dropbox

After signing up, simply send a quick email to help@picnichealth.com, and we will assist you with the details of your record upload.
