How do I set up an account for someone else?

After you’ve created and verified your account, we'll ask you who you're collecting records for during the signup process. You can collect records for a child, a parent, a sibling, or anyone else you care for.

Keep in mind that unless you’re the parent of a minor, the person you are signing up for will need to sign the consent forms. If the person you are signing up for is not a minor and is not able to sign for themselves, you will need to provide a Power of Attorney document or other documentation showing that you have the authority to collect their records for them.
