What If the Wearable Is Hard to Use or Inaccessible to Me?
We want the wearable to work for you, not against you. If using it is difficult for any reason, the study team can help.
Reach out if you're experiencing any of the following:
The band is uncomfortable, too tight, or too loose (we can send a different size or style).
The device is hard to put on or take off due to limited hand or wrist mobility.
The screen is hard to read, or buttons are hard to press.
The companion app is difficult to navigate, or you don't have a compatible phone.
You have a skin sensitivity or reaction where the device sits.
When you contact us, we'll work with you on options such as an alternative band, a different way to wear the device, help setting up the app, or other accommodations that fit your needs.
Using the wearable is meant to be simple and comfortable. If anything makes it hard to participate, let the study team know — we're glad to find a solution that works for you.
