Claiming Rewards
Occasionally, PicnicHealth offers compensation to its app users, for example for completing study activities. If you have compensation to claim, you would do so on the PicnicHealth app once it becomes available.
On a computer:
Click "Rewards" in the top left corner of the page.
Click "Redeem" next to any available reward.
On the mobile app:
Open the PicnicHealth app.
Tap "Reward" in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Redeem Rewards."
After redeeming, your electronic gift card will be sent from Giftbit to the email address on your account within a week.
Note for PicnicHealth Research Participants: If you are participating in a compensated study, rewards may show as "Pending" while your records are being reviewed — this is normal. Common reasons for a delay include:
Your medical records are still being collected from your providers. This can take several weeks after sign-up
We need additional records to complete enrollment.
Your enrollment verification is still being processed.
