Logging In to Your Account

Your PicnicHealth account can be accessed from any computer, tablet, or smartphone using your web browser of choice or our free mobile app.

To log in:

  1. Open a web browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome) and go to app.picnichealth.com.

  2. Enter the email address or phone number you used during the sign up process.

  3. Enter your password and click "Log In."

If this is your first time logging in, you may be asked to verify your identity with a code sent to your email or phone. Enter the code when prompted and click "Continue."

Tip: Save app.picnichealth.com as a bookmark or favorite so it is easy to find each time.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to app.picnichealth.com and click "Forgot Password."

  2. Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Link."

  3. Check your email for a message from PicnicHealth and click the link inside.

  4. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Still having trouble? Email us at help@picnichealth.com and we will help you get in.

Setting up Two-Factor Authentication (optional but recommended):

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. When turned on, you will receive a text message with a verification code each time you log in.

  1. Log in and click the Settings icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select "Password & Security."

  3. Find the Two-Factor Authentication option and follow the prompts to turn it on.
