Downloading and Using the Mobile App
Note: The PicnicHealth app is for existing members only. You must already have a PicnicHealth account to use it. The app cannot be used to sign up for the first time. If you do not yet have an account, please visit PicnicHealth (https://picnichealth.com/make-an-impact) to sign up or see available studies you may qualify for. Once you are signed up, we recommend downloading the app for the best experience.
To download the app on an Apple iPhone or iPad:
Open the App Store on your Apple device.
Search for "PicnicHealth."
Tap "Get" to download and install the app.
Once installed, open the app and log in with the same email and password you use on the website.
The app requires iOS 15.1 or later. You can also use the app on a Mac with an Apple M1 chip or later.
To download the app on an Android phone or tablet:
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Search for "PicnicHealth."
Tap "Install" to download the app.
Once installed, open the app and log in with the same email and password you use on the website.
Tip: Turn on push notifications so you never miss a reminder from us
To turn on push notifications:
When prompted after installing the app, tap Allow to enable notifications.
If you missed the prompt, go to your device Settings, find PicnicHealth in your list of apps, and turn on Notifications.
What you can do in the app:
View your full medical Timeline, including lab results, doctor's notes, imaging reports, and more
Use Picnic AI to search your records and look up medical terms
Receive push notifications when new records are addedÂ
Log in quickly and securely using Face ID or your device's fingerprint reader (if available)
Redeem rewards directly in the app (if applicable)
PicnicHealth Research Participants can complete study activities and track participation
