I’m having trouble logging in to my account. What should I do now?

This document provides guidance on how to recover your password, manage your email addresses, and ensure a smooth login experience with PicnicHealth.

Password Recovery

If you cannot remember your password, simply click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page. You will receive an email from us containing a link to reset your password.

Duplicate Account

If you have more than one email address that you use, please make sure to log into PicnicHealth using the one that you used when you created your account. Entering an incorrect email address may result in the creation of a new account instead of signing into your existing PicnicHealth account.

To resolve this, we recommend logging out of any unintended account by clicking the person icon located in the upper right corner of the page.

Alternatively, you can force logout by clicking the following link: Logout.

After logging out, you can log back into PicnicHealth using the email address you initially used to sign up and access your active account.

Changing Your Email Address
